Gomes, his wife (herein "Borrower"), and the Mortgagee, CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is 1600 South Fed- eral Highway, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, (herein "Lender").
