right-of-way of Seminole Road, as now ocpupied and established, of the West 1/2
of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 39 East.
Subject to that certain mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 300, at Page 1912,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in favor of
