WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the ag-
gregate sum named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mort-
gagor hereby grants. bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conve5•s and confirms unto the mortgagee all '
the certain land of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in
St. Lucie Counh•, Florida. viz:
That portion of the hest 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 23, Totrnship 34 •
South, Range 39 East, as lies East of the occupied and established 50 foot
right-of-tray of Seminole Road, except the South 1507.5 feet thereof and except s
the North 731.0 feet thereof 'and also except the South 185 feet of the North
916.0 feet of the West 270.0 feet thereof.
ALSO
The North 167.5 feet of the South 1507.5 feet, as lies East of the 50 foot
right-of~tray of Seminole Road, as noW occupied and established, of the West 1/2
of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 23, Tamship 34 South, Range 39 East.
Subject to that certain mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 300, at Page 1912,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in favor of
Michael L. Thomas, Trustee.
