HomeMy WebLinkAbout1267 Page 2 File 3371-80 TOGETHER WITH anon-exclusive right to drain water from the above- described property into a ditch lying adjacent to and south of the Sunshine State Parkway known as Turnpike, as .shown on that certain Deed recorded in Official Record Book 193, page 1279, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Grantor reserves the right to grant similar Easements to other parties. This Deed is subject to and the Grantor does hereby reserve an Easement for the use of the Grantor, his heirs and assigns, and the Grantor specifically reserves the right to grant non-exclusive Ease- ments to other parties over the West 80 feet of the South One-half of the East One-half of Section 11, over the North 40 feet of the South One-half of the East One-half of Section 11; over the East 40 feet of the South One-half of Section 11; and over the South 40 feet of the East One-half of Section 11; all in Township 34 South, Range 37 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, which said Easement lands shall be used for ditches, dikes, drainage and irrigation, roadway and ingress and egress. Subject to a Purchase Money mortgage from the Grantee to the Grantor in the amount of $140,000.00. Subject to all taxes and assessments after 1979. Subject to the reservation of oil, gas and minerals now outstanding of record against the property, it being the intention hereby to convey all of such rights that the Grantor owns at this time.
