KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. The Federal Land Bank of Columbia, the owner and holder of the security
instrument hereinafter referred toand of the note(s)thereby secured does, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated, hereby
release from the lien of that certain security uutrument from Barnette E. Greene, Jr. and Hariot H.
Greene, his wife
to The Federal land Bank of Columbia, dated the 2nd day of MaY , 19 77 ,and
recorded in the public records of St . Lucie County, State of Florida
in 0, R. Book 308 , at page 2974 ,the following described property. to-wit:
The East ~ of Section 11 lying North of the Turnpike, all of Section 12 Less the East
100 feet being retained for right-of-way for ingress and egress over a now existing
road; and all of the East ~ of Section 14 lying North of the Turnpike. All of said
land lying and being in Township 34 South, Range 37 East, St. Lucie County, Florida
containing 1,080.17 acres more or less.
