Easeland lands.
TOCE'T1~R WI'1ll anon-exclusive right to drain waters from the above property into
the ditch lying adjacent to and south of the Sunshine Parkway, 1Q~oGm as Turnpike,
as shown on that certain Deed recorded in Official Record Book 193, page 1279,
public records of St. T~ucie County, Florida, and the Grantor does hereby reserve
the right to grant additional non-exclusive Easements for the same rights to
other parties.
This Deed is subject to and the Grantor cbes hereby reserve an Easement for the
use of the Grantor, his heirs and assigps, and Grantor reserves the right to
grant similar non-exclusive Easements to other parties over the East 80 feet,
the 80 feet adjacent to and contiguous to the southerly brna~dary of the property
adjoining the Stmshine State Parkway and along the West 80 feet, and along the
North 40 feet of the property being co~rveyed, which said Easement shall be for
ditches, dikes, drainage and irrigation, roadways, ingress and egress. The
Grantor does further retain the ownership of the ~x~, the motors, the puiQing
installations that are located on the southerly tip of the above-described premises,
which said pumping installation lies within the reserved Easement area.
Subject to all taxes and assessments subsequent to the year 1979.
Subject to all reservations of oil, gas and minerals now autstandinR of record
against the property, it being the intention hereby to convey all. such rights that
the Grantor owns at this time.
Subject to all easemer?ts and reservations, rights-of way of record, which said
Deed shall be specifically subject to that certain SO foot Easement along the
south line of the property hereby cocrveyed, as shown reserved in that certain
Deed recorded in Official Record Book 193, page 1278, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
