THIS MATTER coming on to be heard on thQ Plaintiff's Motion for
Confirmation of Arbitration Award and the Court being advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Award of Arbitration in the amount of $86,660.00
is hereby confirmed;
2. That the Defendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, is entitled
to a set-off in the amount of $1,544.50 for Personal Injury Pro-
tection/Medical Payments benefits previously paid;
3. That~the Defendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, is entitled
to a set-off in the amount of $5,000.00 for funds received by

the Plaintiff from Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and Norman
Ray Dean, the third party tort feasor;
" 4. That judgment is hereby entered in the amount of $80,115.50
in favor of the Plaintiff, TONY STAUBER, individually and as Personal

Representative of the Estate of Therese S. Stauber, deceased, from
the Defendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY;
S. That the Court shall retain jurisdiction of this matter,
