PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider- {
ation to him pai receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on

tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,

as recorded in Official Records Book 332, page 1436, and as
amended in Official Records Book 332, page 1501, all in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
