This cause coming on to be heard July 30, 1980, the Plaintiff being
present and represented by counsel, a default having been entered against
the Defendant and the Defendant having failed to appear at the Final Hearing
and the Court after hearing the evidence presented and argument of counsel

and being otherwise fully advised in the premise, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a judgment shall be issued against
the Defendant and in favor of the Plaintiff in the amount of $!0, 558.52
plus costs in the amount of $71.00 for a total sum of $10, 629.52. It is
t further ordered and adjudged that execution for said amount shall issue
