THIS Il~F2~JRE, made this day of July, 1980 between John T.
Harrison, a/k,/a John T. Harrison, Sr., and Mildred M. Harrison, husband and
wife, parties of the first part, and John T. Harrison, Jr., party of the
second part, whose mailing address is: 213 Hillcrest Avenue, North Augusta,
Aiken County, South Carolina.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the
su<n of Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consider-
ation to them in hand paid by the party of~the seooa~d part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acla~awledged, has granted, bargained and sold .unto the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following
described lands, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, and
State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 33, Block 46 of Il~IDIAN RIVF'R ESTATES, Unit 7, a Subdivision
according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page
75, of Public Records of St. Lucie Coiulty, Florida.
Being the same property conveyed to the parties of the first

November 19, 1962 and recorded in Book 47, page 113.

This deed is executed subject to .restrictions, reservations and easements
i of record and taxes for the year 1980.
Arid the said parties of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title
to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons wl~~oever.
