Subject to reservations, restrictions, easements and rights
of way of record; and subject to an outstanding first mortgage
from the grantors herein to First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, dated April 10, 1979, recorded
in O.R. Book 306, page 2127 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in the original principal sum of $8,600,
