order of court.
4. REAL ESTATE, The Court finds that the wife has a special
equity in the marital residence. The husband is ordered to deed
his .interest in the marital residence to the wife within ten (10)
days. Each party shall receive one-half of the furnishings and
personal property contained in the marital residence.
5. AUTOMOBILE. The wife shall transfer her interest in the
jointly owned automobile to the husband within ten (10) days and
the husband shall pay $300.00 to the wife for said interest.
6. TAX REFUND, The husband shall pay $350.00 to the wife as
her one-half interest in the Internal Revenue Service tax refund.
7. DEBTS. The parties shall remain jointly and severally liable.
for the obligations to the SUN BANK; PIPER CREDIT UNION; CAL LYNCHWORTH;
and DOCTORS CLINIC.
8. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
9. FEES AND COSTS. The husband shall bear the Court costs and
contribute $400.00 towards the wife's attorney's fee in this action.
10. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
