FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for. trial on the 1st day of
August, 1980,•upon the pleadings filed herein, and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
i
the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievabljr broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between GERRI YOLANDA
f
HUNTER and PHILLIP EARL HUNTER be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
E bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
r
obligations arrising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child, REBECCA SUE
HUNTER, nine months of age, is hereby awarded to the wife, subject `
