conditions: Until such time as the criminal charges that are now
pending against the husband are disposed of, the husband shall
have the right to visit with the child only when in the presence i
of the Wife, GERRI YOLANDA HUNTER. Subsequent to the disposition
of the said criminal charges, and until the minor child reaches the
age of two years, the husband shall have the right to visit with
and have temporary custody of the child every other weekend be-
ginning at 9:00 A.M., Saturday morning and ending at 7:00 P.M.,
Saturday night. The husband shall return said minor child to the
Wife and again visit her and have temporary custody of her the next
day from 9:00 A.M., Sunday morning until 7:00 P.M., Sunday night.
The Husband shall also have the right to visit with the child
during the day on alternate birthdays and major holidays. The
Husband shall give 24 hour notice of any such visitation. Further,
upon the child reaching the age of two years, the Husband shall
have reasonable visitation with and temporary custody of the child

every other weekend, said visitation beginning at 4:00 P.M., on
~ Friday and ending at 6:00 P.M., on Sunday. The Husband shall con-

tinue to have the right to visit with and have temporary custody
~ of the child on alternate major holidays and alternate birthdays.
Again, for such visitation, the Husband shall give reasonable
notice of at least 24 hours to the Wife of his intent to visit

3. CHILD SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay to the Wife
as child support the sum of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars per week ~

until such time as the Husband is gainfully employed. Upon the
Husband obtaining employment, child support payments shall be in-
