one-half of the personal property listed in paragraph six of the
Husband's Counter-Petition For Dissolution Of Marriage herein.
Further, the Husband shall have exclusive ownership and right
to possession of all of those items listed in paragraph seven of
said Counter-Petition.
8. INCOME TAX RETURN. The parties shall divide equally
the amount received as their 1979 income tax refund.
9. ATTORNEYS FEES. Each party is hereby ordered to
pay their own attorneys fees.
10. COURT COSTS. The Husband is hereby ordered to
pay all court costs including all court reporting costs for the
Husband's depositions and for the transcripts of said depositions.
11. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
