that my said wife shall not survive fora period of one year

b. One-half (1/2) thereof in ecual shares t~ Donald J .
Paton of Johnston, Rhode Island, and J. Gordon Pator_ of Cranston,
Rhode Island, brothers of my wife, ;Kabel . P. Schwenk a*id in
event that either of teem shall prFdecease me leaving
