The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, Katherine M. Hodge, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on March 30, 1979, and letters
of administration were issued to petitioner on June 1, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting con-
taining a complete report of all receipts and disbursements
since the commencement of administration of this estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
• and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed a Florida nontax certificate
showing no estate taxes due. It was not necessary to file a

~ federal estate tax return.
~ 5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of
~ distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
6. The only persons having an interest in this pro-
