THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the'._Pet=ition
of RICHARD S. LAITY for an Order Authorizing the sale of a parcel
of real property which is an asset of the Estate for a purchase
price of $130,000.00, assuming the first mortgage, less brokerage
commission and closing costs, to DALE CASSENS, ASSIGNS OR NOMINEES;
and the Court having entered an Order Setting Aside Order Authoriz-
ing Sale of Real Property to James W. Piowaty, Assigns or Nominees;
and it appearing that the sale of said property is necessary to
provide the Estate with liquidity to pay claims and expenses of
administration of the Estate, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that RICHARD S. LAITY, Personal
Representative of the Estate, is hereby authorized to sell the
y property, as described in the addendum attached hereto.
