THIS INDENTURE, trade this 5th day of August ,19 80 , by and
between Cassens Grove Service, Inc., a Florida Corporation, having its principal
place of business in St. Lucie County, Florida

called first putt', whether one or more, and The Federal Land Bank of Columbia, of Columbia, S. C., a
corporation organized, ehutered and existing pursuant to the laws of the United States of America,
hereinafter called second putt', WITNESSETH, that,
RIlI1;REAS, first putt' is indebted to second putt' in the principal sum of ---Fifty Six Thousand

thereto, which note is made a put of this mortgage to the same extent as if it were set out in extenso

This mortgage secures (1) the promissory note above recited; (2) all future advantxs u hereinafter provided for, that

written eonaent of the remainder of staid parties) by second poly; (3) all other indebudnesss of fim putt', (or one or more of

advantx note, or other evidence of indebtedness secured hereby and all renewals, reamortiutions,~xtensions, deferments or
other rearrangements of any indebtedness secured hereby, together with interest thereon as provided for.

conditions and covenants herein contained and to secure any other indebtedness of first party to second party as

does grant, bugain, sell and release, in fee simple, unto second party, its successor and assigns, the following described lands,
