I, AI2NOLD FERREL, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
I devise to my wife's niece,~ALICE MATHEWS, 1814 West Boothe
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, who cared for my wife during
her last illness and who has taken care of me for the last three
years.

GARRETT MATHEWS, husband of ALICE MATHEWS.

ida, or its successor, as personal representative of my estate,
and grant unto it, in addition to the powers conferred by the laws
of the State of Florida, the power, without Court Order, to sell
~ all or any part of the real property at any time belonging to my
