This cause coming on for hearing on the Motion To Stay filed;
tig the husband, GRADY TOMLIN, and the Court having been fully ~
advised is the premises, it is thereupon
OBDE1tED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
L. That a certain provision of the Final Judgment of
Ds~gaLutian. of Marriage entered herein on the 17th day of March

Hu~SA.BA F. TOMLIN, in the amount of Four Thousand Five Hundred
IlolLars ($4,500.00) payable within ninety (90) days from date of

the same is hereby stayed pending the appeal of the above-styled

2. That said Stay is conditioned upon the Husband filing z
~aad and sufficient bond, as pursuant to Rule 9.310B of the Florida
~3ules of Appellate Procedure, in the amount of Four Thousand Five'
- hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) plus fifteen (15) percent or Six
hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($675.00), and upon notifying the
Wsfe-'s attorney of the payment of the Bond and, in the event the
~hush~d fails to pay said Bond, the Wife may enforce the provis-

iaa of said: Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment during the pendency

3. Ali other provisions of the Final Judgment shall remain
