having been fully advised and having given full consideration to all the ;
evidence, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Respondent's Motion to Dismiss
has been denied and the Respondent shall have ten (10) days from the date
of this Order to file his Answer to Petitioner's Petition to Modify Visita-
tion Rights, and
FURTHER, that the Petitioner's Motion for Attorney's Fees be
with-held until the Final Hearing.
