THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motions for
Summary Judgment filed by the Defendants, SUN BANKS OF FLORIDA,
INC., SUN BANKS OF ST. LUCIE, INC., LOYE P. CORBITT, CORBITT
SECURITY AND PATROL COMPANY, INC., and CHARLES BLOEHM, and oral
argument having been presented and all counsel having been duly
notified and having had an opportunity to argue, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as to the Defendant~s,SUN
BANKS OF FLORIDA, INC., Motion for Summary Judgment ~ at

INC., Memorandum. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as to all other grounds for
and matters contained in the Motion for Summary Judgment of the
Defendants, SUN BANKS OF FLORIDA, INC. and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE,
