HomeMy WebLinkAbout1499 the Plaintiffs, whether the Defendants',LOYE F. CORBITT and CHARLES BLOEHM, conduct was outrageous and whether or not said Defendants, LOYE P. CORRITT and CHARLES BLOEHM, used unnecessary and/or excessive force. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as to the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defendant, CORBITT and CORBITT SECURITY AND PATROL, the same is denied on the basis of all the aforementioned grounds and upon the basis that there are genuine issues as to material facts as to whether or not the Defendant's, CORBITT, actions were taken and/or exercised pursuant to some sort of privilege's and whether or not the Plaintiff, STANLEY TUCKER, did effect to the Defendant, CORBITT, a release. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as to the !lotion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defendant, CHARLES BLOEHM, the same is 1 denied, for all reasons so stated above.
