This cause having come on this day for trial on plaintiff's
complaint and the evidence offered in support of such complaint,
and the Court having noted that due and legal service of process
has been had upon each of the defendants herein; that an answer
has been filed herein by the defendants Linda McLain Vickers
Hazellief and Emanuel Hunt, and by the Third Party Defendant, 3
Frank A. Harris; and the Court having heard arguments by counsel
for the parties, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
E 1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon

each and every of the defendants herein.; that this Court has

jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the parties
hereto; that the allegations contained in the complaint have been
proved by competent evidence and the equities in this cause are
with the plaintiff.

2. That the mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this
cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereinafter
described and the mortgage is in default as alleged in the complaint.
