by plaintiff subsequent to the date of this judgment.
9. If the total amount realized on said sale exceeds the
total of the sums required to be paid by the preceding paragraph of
this judgment, the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this Court
shall hereafter direct by its further order; and if the total
amounts realized shall not be sufficient to pay all such sums, the
Clerk shall first pay those amounts specified by subparagraph a.
10. Upon the confirmation of-the aforesaid sale, whether by
the Clerk filing a certificate of title herein, or by order of the
Court ruling upon objections to said sale, the defendants and any
and all persons claiming by, through or under the defendants, or
either of them, since the commencement of this suit, are forever
barred and foreclosed of and from any equity of redemption and any
right, title, interest, claim or demand of any kind or nature
whatsoever, in and to the above described property, and the
purchaser at the aforesaid sale, his successors, representatives
or assigns, shall be let into possession of the premises so
conveyed.
