NOTICE OF SALE
Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated
August 7, 1980 in Case No. 80-324 CA of the Circuit Court of the
19th Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in
which WILLIAM E. ROGERS and RUBY B. ROGERS, his wife, are the
Plaintiffs and EARLINE ANDREWS is the Defendant, I will sell to
the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby at the East
door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, between 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. on September 9,
1980, the following described property set forth in the order of
Final Judgment:
I, Lot S, Block 13, FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS SUBDI-
' VISION, as per plat thereof, as recorded in
I Plat Book 1, page 39, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
