This cause came on to be heard this day on the Stipulation
of the counsel for the parties herein, respectively, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJtDGED that Plaintiff's Motion to Determine
Propriety of Interpleader is hereby granted, and the Plaintiff,
THOMAS L. HOOPER, is ordered to deposit the sum of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2,000.00) into the registry of the Court. It is
further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, NORWOOD L. TREVOR
and JEAN TREVOR, his wife, shall not be prejudiced in their
E Counter-Claim against the Plaintiff, THOMAS L. HOOPER, by
entry of this Order. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, THOMAS L. HOOPER, shall
have seven (7) days from the entry of this Order to file respon-

sive pleadings to the Counter-P intiffs' Counter- laim.
