STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint Motion for the
entry of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff, and the
Defendant set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court
that the parties were authorized to enter into such motion, and
the Court finding that the compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff
is full, just, and reasonable for ail parties co:~cer~ie~, and ~::e
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the TJefendar_ts, H. K. Terry and
f Doris Terry; Robert 3. Clark and Helen Clark; and Security Trust
