by this Court at a hearing to be set upon Motion and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay
to the Defendants:
H. K. Terry, and Doris Terry; Robert B. Clark and Helen
Clark; Security Trust Company, a Florida Corporation; Subject
f to the interest, if any, of unrecorded lease in favor of Richard
Mattson and Nils C. Jorgensen, individually and D/B/A Diamond
Ranch, not Inc., & Daniel N. Knowles, Jr., Tax Collector of St.
Lucie County, Florida; the aforesaid sum of Five Hundred
Sixty and no/100s dollars ($560.00) less any sums heretofore
maid to the above-named Defendants and it is further "
ORDERED that Plaintiff, Department of Transportation need
deposit no sums to cover-payment of judgments, fees, or costs;
