THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint motion for the entry
of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff :,nd the Defendant set
forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to thy. Court that the parties
were authorized to enter into such motion, and the Court finding
that the compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is full, just,
and reasonable for all parties concerned, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, H.K. Terry and
Doris Terry; Robert B. Clark and Helen Clark; and Security Trust
Company, do have and recover of and from the Plaintiff the sum
of Three hundred ninety thousand and no/100s ($390,000.00) in
4 full payment for the property (designated parcel 102) taken and
for damages resulting to the remainder if less than the entire

~ property was taken and for all other damages of any nature connected
with this cause. It is further
ORDERED that attorneys fees and costs will be determined
