the Defendants:
H. R. Terry & ,Doris Terry, his wife; Robert B. Clark i
.Helen Clark, his wife; and Security Trust Company, A Florida
Corporation; Subject to the interest, if any, of unrecorded
lease in favor of Richard 1?iattson and Nils C. Jorgensen, in-
dividually and D/B/A Mascot Farms, Inc., a Florida Corp, and
L. E. Lewis, individually and D/B/A Diamond Ranch, not Inc.,
and Daniel N. Knowles, Jr., Tax Collector o£ St. Lucie County,
Florida,
the aforesaid sum of Three hundred ninety thousand and no/100s
($390,000.00) less any sums heretofore paid to the above-named
Defendants and it is further

ORDERED that Plaintiff, Department of Transportation, deposit ~ ~
into the registry of the Court, the sum of THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND,

NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN ($33,915.00) and no/100s DOLLARS to cover

payment of judgments, fees, or costs; and it is further
