ORDER AFTER FINAL JUDGMENT
OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for hearing, upon due notice to all
parties concerned, the Husband, HUBERT V. ATCHLEY being present
and represented by CHARLES J. DORFMAN, Esquire, the Wife, BETTY J.
ATCHLEY being present and represented by RAYMOND E. FORD, Esquire,
and the minor children of the parties being present, outside the
f Courtroom, and represented by N. RICHARD SCHOPP, Esquire, as
Guardian Ad Litem, and the Court having heard the testimony and

considered it, together with all other evidence introduced by the

f
rt parties and argument of counsel, finds as follows that:

1. This Court entered a Final Judgment of dissolution
of the marriage between the parties hereto on the 28th day of
November, 1978, and therein reserved jurisdiction of the entire
subject matter of this action and of the parties hereto for the
purpose of taking further action and entering all further orders
that might be equitable, appropriate and just in this action, re-

a lating to the custody of said minor children and the settlement
of property owned by the parties;
