HomeMy WebLinkAbout1529 2. The custody of the minor children of the parties should be awarded to the Wife, BETt'Y J. A~~Y, now BEF1'Y J. ENC~IL•TER, with the caveat that such custody shall be for as long as she is able to keep any problem which she may have with the consimption of alcohol under control; 3. Reasonable visiting privileges should be awarded to the Husband, H[IBERT V. ATQ~II~'Y, with said minor children, inclucling one month continued custody in the S~mimxs, while public schools are not in session, and on alternate legal holidays and on alternate weekends, if the Husband so desires; 4. The Husband should pay to the Wife for support of said minor children the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per week, payable monthly, for the support of each of said children; and in addition, that the Husband pay all hospital, medical, dental and other necessary health bills for each of said children; 5. The two parcels of real property formerly owned by the parties hereto as estates by the entireties i.e.: (1) the residence property located in Indiantawn, Florida and (2) the resi- 'i dence property located in Lake Wales, Florida, should be owned by the parties hereto as tenants in common following the dissolution of their marriage; that the Wife, BETTY J.
