awarded to the Wife, BETt'Y J. A~~Y, now BEF1'Y J. ENC~IL•TER, with the
caveat that such custody shall be for as long as she is able to keep any
problem which she may have with the consimption of alcohol under control;
3. Reasonable visiting privileges should be awarded to the
Husband, H[IBERT V. ATQ~II~'Y, with said minor children, inclucling one month
continued custody in the S~mimxs, while public schools are not in session,
and on alternate legal holidays and on alternate weekends, if the Husband
so desires;
4. The Husband should pay to the Wife for support of
said minor children the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per
week, payable monthly, for the support of each of said children;
and in addition, that the Husband pay all hospital, medical, dental
and other necessary health bills for each of said children;
5. The two parcels of real property formerly owned by
the parties hereto as estates by the entireties i.e.: (1) the
residence property located in Indiantawn, Florida and (2) the resi-
'i dence property located in Lake Wales, Florida, should be owned by
the parties hereto as tenants in common following the dissolution
of their marriage; that the Wife, BETTY J. ATCHLEY, should have

the right to have and retain possession of the residence property
located in Indiantown, Florida, continuously until the youn est

E that the Husband, HUBERT V. ATCHLEY, should continue to

pay the mortgage payments, insurance premiums and ad valorem tax
payments on said residence property until it is sold and the pro-
3 ceeds therefrom divided between the parties hereto~at which time

he shall receive credit for, one - half of all such pay-
ments made; and that each of the parties hereto
