of all such payments made; and that each of the parties
hereto be, and is hereby, ordered to pay one-half (1/2)
of the necessary maintenance costs upon the above-described
residence property located at Lake Wales, in Polk Qounty,
Florida, until it is sold and the proceeds therefrom div-
ided between the parties hereto.
5. That it is hereby ordered that neither the wife, BETTY J.
AZC~~'Y IIVC~,LIElnt, nor the Husband, HUBIItT V. AZC~II~.Y,
shall pern~anPntly remove the above-Haired minor children,
or either of them, from the State of Florida e~aoept upon
furthex order of the above-entitled Oourt.
6. That this Court hereby declines and refuses to eonsi ;
or set or to admit evidence relating to fights of
the parties to, in this action, monies received
in settlement of the 't en ed Hubert V. Atchley and
Bet J. Atchl Pl -v- Bock A-Wa Inc. W. L.
and Federa Mutual Insurance Defendants
Case No.. -435-CA, in the Circuit Court o Oounty,
Florida, the bulk of which i~ held in trust by First
Marine Bank of Jupiter-~t~equesta, Jupiter, Florida.
7. That a reasonable attorney's fee for RAYMOND E. FORD,

Esquire, as attorney for the Wife, be, and is hereby,
determined to be the sum of six thousand dollars
($6,000.00) of which the said Husband, HUBERT V.
ATCHLEY, is hereby ordered to pay forthwith the sum
of four thousand dollars ($4,000.00), together with
the costs of this action; and said payments shall
be made to RAYMOND E. FORD, Attorney at Law, Post
Office Box 3307, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33454.
