children are visiting with RICHARD E. SKOG at his place of residence.
CHILD SUPPORT: That RICHARD E. SKOG pay to the Petitioner
for the benefit of DEBORAH SKOG, born 1/16/65, KRISTINA M. SKOG,
born 9/9/68, RICHARD E. SKOG, born 10/9/72; and DAVID SKOG, born
12/23/75, minor children, the sum of $75.00 per week, plus an
additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and dis-
bursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the 13th
day of June, 1980, and thereafter on Friday of each and every week,
until such time as the minor children reach the age of eighteen (18)
years, marries or becomes self supporting, whichever may first occur..
Said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal
money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk
shall transmit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32301, for
transmittal to the State of New York as long as the case is certified
as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the
Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no
longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support to Nassau County
Support Collection Unit, P. O. Box 711, Mineola, New York 11501.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND AJDUDGED that this Order modifying
original Order shall be self-executing such that if GERALDINE SKOG
shall fail to allow the visitation rights'specified herein, then in
that event GERALDINE SKOG shall,~by the terms of this Order, forfeit
all child support due from RICHARD E. SKOG to GERALDINE SKOG, and that
RICHARD E. SKOG is thereby relieved of his obligation to pay support
on behalf of GERALDINE SKOG for the month that such visitation was
refused, to include telephone visitation as specif ied herein.
