WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the power of sale contained in the decedent's last dill and in
consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the partgr of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:

Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, page 2, of
