Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, this day personally
appeared RICHARD S. JELESKY, to me known, who being by me first
duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the son of JOANN A. JELESKY, deceased, and
is the duly qualified and acting personal representative of the
Estate of JOANN A. -JELESKY, deceased.
2. 'That he knows of his own personal knowledge that
JOANN A. JELESKY was continuously married to her deceased husband,
VICTOR S. JELESKY, from prior to acquisition of title to the
following-described real property up to and including the date of
his death on January 1, 1975:
Lot 1, Block 37, Unit 4, LAKEWOOD PARK, as
per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11,
page 2, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
