and the Court finding that the defendaraernard Jethroe is indebted to the plaintiff, in the
sum of S 745.95 ;THEREFORE: It is Considered. Ordered and Adjudged that the said Plaintiff do
have and recover of and from said defendant the sum of S 745, 95 danhages together with the
costs. in this behalf expended and herein taxed at s 23.50 ,for all of which let execution issue.
