RESOLUTION NO. 01-152
A RESOLUTION AMENDING
THE FY 2000/01 BUDGET TO ADDRES~
UNANTICIPATED FUND RECEIPTS
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Boar
budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of;
become available from St. Lucie Farms, Inc. to setup the Westchest(
District.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board o
adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend Such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
in meeting assembled this 21st day of August, 2001;
Pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby al:
2000-01, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
