Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of s certain mortgage given by Keith L . Underwood and
I"~yrna L. Underwood, his wife dated October 9th i9 69 ,and recorded
in the public records of $t. Lucie County, Florida, in O,R• Book 180 on page
1561 , securinct the payment of the sum of Nineteen Thousand and No/100--------------------- {
--------Dollars (S 19,000.00------)
AND ALSO a Supplemental Mortgage given by Keith L. Underwood and N~yrna L. Underwood, his
wife dated January 7th, 1970and recorded in O.R. Book 182, Pane 554, for the repayment of €
that certain note, payment, of which is secured by that certain mortgage recorded in O.R.
book 180, on Page 1561, Public records of St. Lucie County, Flo id
covering property in fhe County of St. Lucie Ffonda, ~oth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
