That Portion of Lot 15 lying South and East of the following
described line: Commencing at the common front corner of Lots 14
and 15 of Block C of RIVER'S EDGE SUBDIVISION, run Southeasterly
along the West right-of way line of Elyse Circle a distance of
2.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run on a bearing of S
49° 14' W perpendicular to Elyse Circle to the St. Lucie River
and the point of termination of the line.
Also that portion of Lot 16 lying north and West of the following
described line:
Commencing at the common front corner of Lots 15 and 16 of Block
C of RIVER'S EDGE SUBDIVISION, run Southeasterly along the West
right-of-way line of Elyse Circle a distance of 22.0 Feet to a
point of curvature, said point being the Point of Beginning;
thence run on a bearing of S 49° 14' W perpendicular to Elyse
Circle to the St. Lucie River and the point of termination of the
line.
All of the above lying in Block C of RIVER'S CDGE SUBDIVISION as
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 21 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
