AMENDMENT TO PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
OF
HIDDEN~RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS

A GENERAL FLORIDA PARTNERSHIP

THIS AGREEMENT, made this 8th day of July A.D., 1980, among
P. S. L. Development Corp., a Florida corporation, Lucieland ;
River Homes, a General Florida partnership, Chambers Corporation, '
a Florida corporation, and Thames Builders, Inc., a Florida
corporation.
1. AMENDMENT. Paragraph 3 of the original agreement
entitled TERM is amended to reflect that the term of the partnership
shall begin July 8 A.D., 1977, and shall continue until
July 8 A.D., 1981, unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided.
2. RATIFICATION. As amended, the partnership agreement
dated July 8, 1977, be and the-same is hereby ratified and confirmed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto set their names
and seals all as of the day. and year first above written. -
