AFFIDAVIT OF RUBY A. JOHNSON
STATE OF FLORIDA

COUNTY OF MARTIN
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this. day personally
appeared RUBY A. JOHNSON, who, being first duly sworn, on oath
deposes and states:
.1. That affiant is married to one LEE R. JOHNSON, and
together they own as tenants by the entirety the following described
real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 32, Block 72, of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE,
UNIT FIVE, a subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 12, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the affiant is not the Ruby Johnson as stated in
that certain Notice of Lien recorded October 22, 1970, in O.R.
Book 187, beginning on Page 2498, of the Public Records ,of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. That furthermore, the affiant has never resided at

3001 Avenue K, Ft. Pierce, Florida and has always resided in
Port St. Lucie, Florida at a residence address known as
•2692 Morningside Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
4. That at no time has the affiant ever owed money for any
hospital stay at Ft. Pierce Memorial Hospital. _
~ 5. That this affidavit is being made for the express purpose
~ of giving notice to the public that the affiant is, not the same Ruby
Johnson whose failure to pay monies to Ft. Pierce Memorial Hospital
I caused the above-described notice of lien to be filed in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and furthermore, to clear title
to the above-described real property from said lien.
