FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF r1ARRIAGE
This .cause having come on to be heard for trial on the
20th day of August, 1980, and the Court, having given full con-
sideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit; That personal service was had on the Respondent
ROGER NELSON PRINGLE on July 18, 1980, and it appearing to the
Court that a Default was regularly and duly entered on the~8th
day of August, 1980; That the relation of husband and wife now
exist between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
should be dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken.
I'~, It is therefore, •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARP.IAGE: That the marriage between BARBARA
r ANN PRINGLE and ROGER NELSON PRINGLE be and same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~
obligations arising therefrom.
2. PERSONAL PROPERTY: The wife is hereby awarded the husband's `
_ interest in all furniture, fixtures, and appliances located in the
marital residence as a partial. lump sum alimony award.
3. MARITAL RESIDENCE: The wife is hereby awarded the husband's
interest in the following described real property located in St.

Lucie County, Florida more particularly described as follows:
