in Plat Book 11, page 13, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
.+as a partial lump sum alimony award. The Husband, ROGER NELSON
PRINGLE, is hereby ordered to execute a Quit Claim Deed in favor
of the wife BARBARA ANN PRINGLE, within thirty (30) days from the
-entry of this judgment. If the husband fails or refuses to make
the conveyance as ordered by the Court, the recording of this
Final Judgment shall operate as a conveyance of the husband's
interest to the wife of the aforementioned property.
4. AUTOMOBILES: The wife, is hereby awarded the husband's
interest in a 1978 Ford Fairmont automobile as a partial lump sum
alimony award. The husband is awarded the wife's interest if any -
in a 1979 Ford Pick-up Truck. Both parties shall execute the
necessary documents to transfer the ownership of the aforementioned
automobiles within thirty (30) days of the entry of this Final
Judgment.
5. DEBTS: The husband shall be responsible for all the debts
incurred by the parties prior to the filing of this Dissolution
of Marriage action on July 17, 1980,~and shall hold the wife

harmless therefrom.

6. RESTRAINING ORDER: The parties are hereby mutually re-
strained from interfering, annoying,•or•harrassing each other,
'in any manner whatsoever, permanently.
7. Ji~RISDICTION: Jurisdiction is hereby retained by this
Court for the entry of any further orders which may be just and
proper.
DONE ADD ORDERED, in chambers this 20th day of August 1980
in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. '
8. The Petitioner's maiden name is hereby restored to
BARBARA AtdN ROBEY .
