Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared William
E. Lowe II, who being duly sworn, says that Affiant is agent for the Lienor
herein, whose address is Post Office Drawer 719, Stuart, Florida and that
in pursuance of a subcontract with Mater Processing Company, Lienor furnished
all the labor and materials to construct the roadways on the following des-
cribed real property in St. Lucie County, Florida.
A portion of Section 7, Township 34~South,
Range 40 East, and in a portion of Section
12, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida also known as

Owned by Earl R. Nelson, Inc.

of a value•of x174,530-.Ob of which remains unpaid X128,065.51 and furnished
the first of the same on or about February 11, 1980 and the last of the same on
or about May 27, 1980 and that the Lienor served Lienor's Notice to Owner on
March 31, 1979 by Certified Mail, return receipt requested. .
