O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon oral motion of the
Plaintiff for~an Order authorizing and directing the Clerk of this
Court to pay to JANICE A. JACQUIN, a widow, the sum remaining in
the Registry of the Court in the amount of $12,184.74, less any
charges assessed against same by the Clerk of the Court, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Clerk of the Court be, and he is hereby directed
to pay to JANICE A. JACQUIN, a widow, by mailing said sum to her
attorney, namely, THOMAS F. DWYER, of SAUER, BOYLE, DWYER, CANELLIS
AND CAMBRIA, 540 North Avenue, Union, New Jersey 07083, the sum
~ remaining in the Registry of the Court, less any charges assessed

against same by the Clerk of the Court.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
