FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on August 19, 1980,
and the Court, after taking testimony, considering the evidence
admitted, reviewing the pleadings and papers filed herein, finds and
determines:
1. That the Plaintiff, WARREN TURNER, sustained $4,500.00
in damages as a result of negligence which is apportioned as follows:
(a) 7590 attributable to the Defendant, DAVE PALM; f
(b) 2570 attributable to the Plaintiff, WARREN TURNER.
It is thereupon

ORDERED'AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, WARREN TURNER, shall
have and recover of and from the Defendant, DAVE PALM, the sum of
$3,375.00 for which let execution issue forthwith.
The Court reserves jurisdiction to enter an Order awarding ~
