COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of the
19th Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, and shows unto the Court
that the Respondent is now residing outside the jurisdiction of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and is residing at 3001 S. E. Hawthorne Road, Box D-6,
Gainesville, Florida, 32601.
THEREFORE, it is respectfully moved that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to transfer
the entire original file on this matter to the Clerk of Circuit Court,
Alachua County Court House, Gainesville, Florida 32602.
